In addition to developing academic ability, KSL fosters in students the mind-set and skills for self-learning. Although KSL is an independent study programme, but students are never alone. Our Tutors provide the guidance students need to take learning into their own hands, increasing their motivation to succeed and achieve.

Every child is different, and so their programme of study should be too. Our individualised programmes enable students to progress to an advanced level, at their own pace, so they can realise their potential and experience success.

Knowledge Suite Limited (KSL) is learning for the long run: if you want your child to be best prepared to succeed both at school and beyond, KSL can make all the difference.

Our Approach:

Knowledge Suite use the following but not exhausted:

  1. Consultation between KSL and family. This can be done over phone and email, but we prefer to meet the family face-to-face.
  2. KSL summarizes the meeting with action points – and creates a timetable for the child or children.
  3. KSL carries out necessary clerical work to source and introduce the appropriate tutors into the homeschooling programme.
  4. KSL oversees the homeschooling programme providing the family with regular detailed reports.

At Knowledge Suite we make sure that the proper psycho analysis is well carried out before the programme starts.

The most common missions are: a particular grade in an exam; entrance to a particular school; improvement of a pupil’s self-esteem. However, we are also asked to help in more intricate cases, such as setting up a home-schooling programme.

The following stages are followed:

Assessment (Compulsory):

We arrange for the student to be academically assessed. This is usually done by one of Tutors. The assessor helps parents set realistic goals for the tuition, and passes a thorough report to the tutor detailing areas that need the most work.

Conversation with the School (Optional):

Knowledge Suite’s preferred approach – and what works best in our experience – is to have the school on side throughout the process. Teachers often know the strengths and weaknesses of a student as well as anyone and can advise on the approach.

Selection of a Tutor:

We choose an appropriate tutor, with the experience and skills to complete the particular mission.

Immediate Feedback:

We make contact with the parent (and/or student and tutor) after the first lesson to discuss the reactions of both, and to see whether the stated mission is realistic or needs adjusting.

Regular Feedback throughout the Course:

Each tutor is required to submit a monthly report detailing the work done in the month; the successes and areas to work on; and the work for the coming month.
